The following atlas of the stars has been designed to overcome disadvantages that the author has personally experienced when using similar charts with a hope that these disadvantages are popular.
 
The area covered is from the North celestial pole to 23 degrees South declinatin and showing stars down to the ninth magnitude.
 
All the coordinates are for the year 1920.  The location of many long period variable stars are shown with the magnitudes of some comparison stars.
